Deportivo Management was founded by Andres Betancur following nearly two decades delivering international operations and major global events for Major League Baseball and supporting world-class tournaments such as the FIFA Club World Cup.
From London to Tokyo, Havana to Sydney, Andres helped deliver some of the most complex sporting events in the world—including multiple MLB All-Star Games, World Series, and every edition of the World Baseball Classic. These experiences shaped a calm, detail-driven approach to high-stakes environments where precision, trust, and collaboration are essential.
Today, Andres splits his time between New York City and Medellín, Colombia, working directly with clubs, leagues, tournaments and federations to simplify the realities of cross-border operations. Whether supporting team travel or delivering international events and market initiatives, every project is approached with the same standards expected at the global level.
